A perfect place in Hue city for retreat.

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect "smelly" bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return 訂房網站 to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like "every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam". We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car 訂房網站 was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the 訂房網站. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

Really nice hotel and staff are the best!  So helpful and the rooms leave nothing to be desired.

It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend this place to relax. Beautiful territory, fish pond, swimming pool - everything for a good rest.
